Mushrooms are delicious! Grill them, saute them, bake them, heck even eat them raw in your favorite salad.
There is no bad way to eat a good mushroom, but then there are plenty of ‘bad’ mushrooms so be sure to eat ours, because we know they are good! We work extra hard to source firm, springy, extra flavorful mushrooms for your family.
For an extra treat try chopping up a variety of mushrooms, saute in a bit of butter and olive oil until much of the water is gone (mushrooms are 92% water…) and the flavors have intensified, then throw in a few chopped shallots and your favorite herbs, cook a few minutes more and enjoy!
