We source beautiful lamb racks and cutlets with lovely rendering of fat to ensure your lamb meat is glistening with flavor and maintains a beautiful soft texture for maximum enjoyment.
We recommend rubbing your lamb in olive oil, salt, and a bit of rosemary and cracked pepper before grilling or baking. Medium to medium rare is a perfect doneness for most people, but if you like it a bit more go ahead, our lamb will still be tender and delicious.
